Once a single-image nickel shim is produced, then it will be mounted on a recombining system as a master image mould to stamp and replicate this image on a big plastic plate to form a big plate with multi-identical image. Example as shown below:

This is a single image used as the original master image to replicate to a big size shim as below.

After producing a big plate with multi-image, then go through the process of II & III to formulate a big nickel shim (with multi-image).
